i can not save any wed site to my bookmarks and i have tried to import my bookmarks from internet explorer it said it was completed there was nothing in the library

Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox Profile Folder.
