The fantasy premier league website shows a pop up when opened in firefox but doesnt show one when opened with chrome or safari, why?

The "fantasy.premierleague.com" url/web site shows a pop up when the username space is clicked on. No such pop up comes up when chrome and safari (both running in incognito and private browsing mode) are used to open the same url. My firefox version is 16.0.2 and runs in private mode.

Does firefox have an internal issue with the website url or is it a security issue with firefox?
