I can not access a webmail site that I was using as recently as 2 days ago

Briefly noticed there had been an automatic restart of my laptop Tuesday morning, then was unable to access this website, which is my business email and I am home following back surgery. Please help, I need access!

First, update your Firefox to 16.0.1 Update Firefox to the latest version

Then try to go to the site again. Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can and Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox might help
