how do I transfer fireftp accounts to another machine

I use fireftp on my xp desktop, and have added a second desktop, (win7) to separate some of my work. I want to use fireftp on the win7 machine but don't want to have to reload all the accounts. can I transfer them in some way. Sync did not do it.
