Download and Install MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, run a full Scan. http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Download and Run TDSSKiller http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208283363

Download and Install Microsoft Security Essentials http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials (not an official endorsement, but I personally recommend MSE as an awesome permanent anti-virus)

Double check for all Windows Updates.

Then, read Uninstalling add-ons, uninstall or disable all MyWebSearch Extensions, and other unneeded or unwanted extensions.

Go into Start, then Control Panel, then Add or Remove programs, uninstall MyWebSearch, Inbox Toolbar, Pricegong, etc. (not all of these may appear, but some may be there).

Then, you will have to reset your home page to what you want it to be. How to set the home page can help.

finally, install this extension to reset your search to the default https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/searchreset/
