Why can't I use anything at the top of the screen since Mozilla Firefox 11 ?
I can't use the top of the screen and so I've had to return to using internet explorer instead.

There are several extensions that have been known to cause this issue (Yahoo Toolbar for one I believe).
Can you start Firefox up in Safe Mode, and we can see if it works there? If it does, you can start Firefox up in regular mode, and disable your extensions one by one until we find the culprit.
If it doesn't work, let me know and we can figure out what else might be causing the issue.

Yes, that problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar or the Babylon extension that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.
Thank you for helping me ! It's solved my problem !!!
