Crashes every time I open it.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":
There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page. You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.

I have created a new profile. Now I will wait and see. FYI, I have three User Accounts on my Windows computer, yet Firefox crashes on all three.

Your problem can be caused by a recent update of Roboform if you use that program.
Are you getting that from the crash ID's?
Yes, comments in that crash report mention Roboform and we've seen more crash reports with the @ ffi_call signature.
Are you using Roboform and, if you do, did Roboform update recently?
This one shows Roboform explicitly in the signature: @ roboform.dll@0x159aeb

What is the ffi call signature?
I use ROBOFORM all the time. If there was a recent update then I updated but I don't really remember.
If I go back to a previous version of Roboform that should solve the problem with my original Firefox account. Just the same, the new Firefox account is NOT crashing (yet)! Thanks for your help. I didn't know what was happening!

I updated Roboform as requested. Original Firefox account (the one that was crashing) hasn't crashed since.
How can I interpret Crash ID's in the future?
Go to about:crashes and collect it..type it on Firefox Address bar/Location bar
I have done a system restore to bring my original Firefox account back as it was. I downloaded the 7.7.4 Roboform update through Internet Explorer and all is fine. Thanks again. That was a horror!
