FireFox used to work with Ciscos video surveillance operations manager to view live streaming video, can this be made to work again ? are there some settings I need to change, it works fine in IE

I don't know if anyone here is familiar with this Cisco product but firefox used to work with it a couple years ago with no issue even though Cisco Media Server only support IE7 at the time.

It opens the GUI just fine but will not will not show the video that is being put out (mpeg4/jpeg) in the manager when a camera is selected.
