I cannot upload even a small (30kB) photo to the Kijiji website add

I have posted several adds on Kijiji and when I try to upload the photos the response is that there "is a problem". The Kijiji web site states that jpegs must be less than 4MB so I should have no problems uploading my 30kB files.
