I have an older version of FF alongside FF10b, can I run the uninstaller of the older version without affecting any settings of the current version? The software is in different directories but I believe they both access the same profile under AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles Or should I manually delete the older version.

See this - https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Uninstalling+Firefox

But do not use the option to Remove my Firefox user data and settings - that would delete your Firefox Profile or Profiles if you had more than one.

Thanks Edmeister! Didn't think it would be that easy. Goes to show the mozilla community has thought about this situation. I gotten the dual version trying the beta channel, but now I only using the betas, so time to get rid of the old one.

Thanks.
