when I open e-mails in Sky broadband the default is 'standard' and the list of e-mails is in Sky's normal layout with all the functionality available. However when I go to individual e-mails there is just a line, with no message and no images. If I open in HTML then the message appears with any image but the functionality is lost so I cannot reply with changed font, colour, bold, underline, etc. Sky have resolved the problem in Internet Explorer but not in Firefox. They are now saying I should just use IE as it works and not Firefox. I prefer Firefox and would like the e-mails to work in your system but Sky seem reticent about giving me any more help, they think they have solved the problem. Can you help? Regards, Colin
