Since installing Firefox, can no longer send any docs or photos in e.mail. (e.mail provider Talktalk)

Can no longer send any scanned docs or photo's (even in zipped form) via my talktalk account. If I go via Windows Mail, I have no problem - this only seems to have occurred since installing Firefox - is there a setting I have to change? Has anyone else encountered this issue.

Chosen solution

-> Clear Cookies & Cache

-> Clear the Network Cache

-> Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

-> Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems

Check and tell if its working.
