Does Firefox have an actual phone number for technical support?

I'm trying to install Firefox on my computer (desktop Windows Vista) but I can't.

After I click on "download" and then hit "run" I get a little window that says "extracting" and once that's complete, another window pops up saying "Run As- You may not have the neccessry permissions to use all the features of the program you are about to run. You may run this program as a different user or continue to run the program as the current user."

It then gives me the option to chose either "current user" (which displays as my own administrator name for my Windows log in and is the master admin) OR type in a different admin and password.

I chose "current user" and that's it! The window closes after I make my selection and nothing else happens.

I went and searched for the "firefox start up" file I downloaded and it's saved on my computer. But when I open it, the same process repeats.

What is going wrong here???? I always had Firefox, but I had to uninstall it recently and now I can't get it back. This wasn't an issure before?
