Hey Jspeed,

You should look at the Knowledge Base article Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles. It will show you how to back up all of your settings and bookmarks so that you can transfer them.

If you are going to continue using your old computer, you might want to just use Firefox Sync. This handy utility will synchronize all of your information between your computers.
