When we upgraded to 9.0 we can no longer use Norton 360 which holds our passwords etc. How do we uninstall Firefox to an older version so we can return to using Norton?

Did exactly what it says and still cannot load toolbar.

OK...will try some more.
How does one reach Firefox for some answers form them? If this does not work I want to go back to previous version, how do I do that?
