When I click on file; page setup, print or print preview, the program hangs up.

Any browser page that I have open will hang up [i.e. screen goes light and the hour glass just turns and get not responding for status.

I have to close the program to shut it down. Hangs up no matter what browser window or page I am in.

Any suggestions?
