Download windows doesn't show on screen. Shows that window is open, but can't access from firefox. Settings are correct - Just started happening... HELP
Have always had access to the "Downloads" window. It shows from the bar at bottom - but when click - nothing happens. Also can't access from Firefox drop down in upper left - OR control J OR from download arrow on top. It always worked until today. Checked settings - nothing has changed. I do not have - show the downloads window when downloading - BUT it doesn't show. Please - would love some help. thank you

Are you using a multi monitor setup?
If you do then try to open Firefox on the first window.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

In Firefox 4 and later Safe mode disables extensions and disables hardware acceleration.
Try to disable hardware acceleration.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.
