version 1.9.2.20 is not compatable with min version >=1.9.2.23 max version <=1.9.2.23
Running windows 7. Evidently Firefox updated automaticly (sp). How do I undo the update and stop future "updates"?
Bill
Chosen solution
You can manage automatic updates in tools > options > advanced > update. The version numbers quoted imply there's an add-on that has compatibility problems, so you can turn off the check for add-ons and leave the rest as is.
If you hit upon problems with the add-on, then have a look at the tools > add-on pages. There could well be a better replacement for the add-on you have been using so far.

Modified
If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then disable Virtualization and reinstall Firefox.

Thanks for the help. Can't get into firefox normally. Went in thru properties and deleted several things that were recently added. Then it wouldn't open due to missing files. Wound up deleting firefox and redownloading thru an old version site. Will try to disable future add ons. FYI I have tried the latest version and had to get rid of it and go back to version 3. Again THANKS Bill
Are you using ZoneAlarm Extreme Security (ForceField)?
