Chosen solution

You listed Roboform Toolbar as an Add-on. Update to the most current version of Roboform.

  • You can try to update to Roboform 7.6.3 to see if that solves the crashing problem: http://www.roboform.com/platforms/browsers/firefox
  • See --> bug 691271 (RESOLVED WORKSFORME Crash mainly close to startup in [@ DebugBreak ] [@ DbgBreakPoint ] with Roboform)

'Hallelujah. Thanks for your help.

The Firefox browser is up and working.

But I've lost both all of my Bookmarks and the RoboForm Toolbar does not appear when I click it in the View/Toolbar menu.

Next step. How do I find these important functions?

Hallelujah. Thank you.

My Firefox browser is now working without a CRASH error message.

But I still do not have my old BOOKMARKS and the just downloaded RoboForm app does not appear in the VIEW/Toolbar drop down menu.

Please point me to the instructions on how to recover these important functions - or at least import them from IE Favorites.

Thanks again.

On the missing RoboForm Toolbar:

Go to Firefox -> (Tools) -> Add-ons -> Extensions and See if the RoboForm Toolbar for Firefox is disabled in the Add-ons Manager and, if so, click the Enable button.

This was mentioned in the Latest Firefox issues Discussion forum, here, where ComputerPhil said the following:

I'm currently using the latest version of RoboForm and experiencing no issues. I did have to enable the add-on by going to Tools >> Add-ons >> Extensions, after the initial update to FF8. As long as you have the most recent RoboForm update installed you should be fine.

On lost bookmarks: See the Recover lost or missing Bookmarks article. To import your IE bookmarks, see Import Bookmarks and other data from Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for your quick response.

Roboform is now a toolbar on my browser.

Do you have any suggestions for recovering my Bookmarks or must I figure out how to import them from IE?
