The wheel on my mouse won't scroll since the upgrade to current software. It works on all the other programs on my PC. Please help!

I have a wireless mouse for my notebook computer and since I upgraded to current software for FireFox the mouse wheel does not scroll any longer. It still works fine for other programs including IE, Word, etc. Please help! I use a ThinkPad.
