I reinstalled my O/S and I lost all my bookmarks, but my droid X has them all saved. how can i transfer them to my computer?

I had to reinstall Win 7 on my computer. I lost all my bookmarks from Firefox, but I noticed that my droid X (that was in sync w/ my "old" computer) has all of my "old" bookmarks still saved. Is there a way to transfer these from my phone to my firefox on my computer? Sync doesnt seem to have any options on doing this.
