cannot get firefox to open have sent back crash reports but no response, have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating plug ins but no success.

Glad it now works, although we have no idea why. Sometimes just updating software helps

Have a look at

Obviously we are at a big disadvantage because we have no idea what device or OS you are using ?!
or even which firefox version and software extensions ?

Thanks, by doing something or just threating it to be permenantly uninstalled it has returned, so thanks for your input I was not sure what I was reporting or to who so thanks.
