After upgrade to Firefox 8.0, quick launch icon does not "stack" after opening Firefox, creating another Firefox icon that then does stack. How do I make original pin to quick launch icon stack after launching.

After upgrade I launched Firefox from the Quick Launch area. A second Firefox icon appeared and was "stacked" with my 2 home pages. With FF 7.x, there was only one icon, the original, and after launch any open tabs would stack on that original icon. How do I get it back the way it was, sometimes the new icon for open session is 4 or 5 icons away from the quick launch original, and I don't like another icon on quick launch area after launching FF.
