I am no longer able to open a webpage that is open in another computer that is synchronized with mine. The option available under History is now in grey and cannot be accessed. Thanks for any help.

Chosen solution

If that Tabs option still checked in the Sync Options?

Maybe also check that you aren't running Firefox in Private Browsing mode.
