After several minutes, the solid blue bar at the very top goes light blue and 'freezes' until I click on the bar. Then it's restored. This is constant. How do I fix it?
The dark blue bar will eventually go to a light blue, the mouse arrow disappears, and all is 'frozen' until I manually click on the blue bar. Then, it's back to normal and the bar turns dark blue. Many minutes elapse then it repeats over and over. What setting is there to fix this?
