Unable to restore or maximise Nightly

Using the Nightly 64bit builds, things work OK for a day or two, but then, once minimised, it is not possible to restore or maximise Nightly.

Closing Nightly does not solve the problem, the only solution appears to be to right-click on the minimised icon, select "open new window" and, once opened, closed the existing blocked window.

This has been going on for the last one to two months of Nightly.
