Thank you for taking the time to respond. I will follow the link you provided and try the steps listed. If I do not find results, is there a phone number that you know of where I could receive one-on-one support?

Finitarry, thank you again for your help, but I decided to uninstall Firefox, download the newest version and install it. That solved all of my problems,without have to follow all of the other steps for possible solutions. Here is the URL if anybody else is looking for the same solution: http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/
