I absolutely HATE the new firefox!! I changed from IE to Firefox because I loved the look and feel of it! Now they are exactly the same, apart from where Firefox now goes full screen and hides all my tabs, that is incredibly annoying! Is there any way I can have my old firefox back?! Please!

Thanks! Is there any way I can return to the previous version of Firefox completely? I hate the new layout! I customised it all before so it was exactly how I wanted it now its all changed! Is there any way of doing this?!

What are your previous and present versions ?

In any case, you may have to do the customization again even if you go back to earlier version.

I prefer to do a clean install for each version. That means, completely uninstall the old version. (including all root folders, registries) using programs like revo uninstaller (a great free program) and then do a clean install of the new version (or whatever version I want to use).

I am using FF 8.0 beta version now and after a few minor fixes, it is very fast.
