Firefox or thunderbird refuses to open after windows 7 hibernation

everytime I close the lid on my laptop it goes into hibernation and everytime in the morning when I open it and wake it up Firefox or Thunderbird refuses to open up it looks like it starts up but then nothing happens not even the main browser window opens up. Same thing with Thunderbird....

Any suggestions?

I can confirm this.

In my case - if FF7 (7.0.1 but also happenend with 7.0) is open with some tabs and the PC returns (= wakes up) from hibernation all works fine until a open a new tab or window - after that FF freezes and needs to be closed using task manager.
