a warning type comes up stating my firefox has not enough memory and to shut off but i do and nothing changes. it happems again later

it might state i have 365 in a little block i am assuming memory. dont understand says to go out of firefox and i have gone out and completely shut off computer and re enter and some time later it will come on again in right hand corner of my screen. a box stating as i said "your firefox is low on memory please shut off firefox and restart it.
