Hi i would like to know when i am using Mozzilla it keeps saying (not responding ) and freezes up then starts to work again only to continue doing the same thing over and over ...

this has been happening now for a couple of days just freezes and stops then starts again when i close it down comes back with an OOPS PROBLEM AND TO RESTORE OR START A NEW SESSION SCREEN

I would try two things first clear your cache. How to clear the Firefox cache

Then if that doesn't help start in the Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode , an easy way to start safe mode is close Firefox then press shift while clicking the Firefox icon it will open in the safe mode.
