How do I get my touchpad scroll to work in FF 6. It works every where else, so it is not the touch pad

Since I've updated to FF 6 my Touchpad will not scroll up or down 

 Touchpad will scroll in IE8 so I know it works.. When I hook up a external mouse I can scroll in FF6 I've tried different settings for the touchpad in FF6 and still fails to scrolls.
