On Monday September 25th from 10PM EDT - 12AM EDT (2AM UTC - 4AM UTC on September 26th), we will be performing system maintenance on the Firefox Accounts databases for two hours. During the maintenance window, there will be brief periods of a few minutes where users will not be able to login to their accounts. Please try again at a later time.

How do I change the scrollbar settings so that the arrows are at opposite ends of the scroll bar instead of together at one end (ff3.6.22 on OS X 10.4.11)?

There is a vertical scroll bar to the right-hand side of the Firefox screen, and a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the screen. The clickable arrow controls are clumped together at the bottom of the vertical scrollbar, and to the right of the horizontal scrollbar, so they are all in the bottom right-hand corner, and easy to mis-select. I would like to customise this so that the up arrow is at the top, the down arrow is at the bottom; the left arrow is on the left, and the right arrow is on the right, as I have managed to configure on my Windows machine (not so familiar with Macs).
