Sometimes when watching videos on sites it crashes my whole computer. I do not believe this to be a problem with my computer but maybe an adobe flash player plugin or something in firefox.

Question Sometimes when watching videos on sites it crashes my whole computer. I do not believe this to be a problem with my computer but maybe an adobe flash player plugin or something in Firefox. Is there a way to repair Firefox and how do I check to see if all the plugins are up to date.
