I can't remove firefox either though the control panel or manually

I have updated Firefox and now have versions 4,6, &7 and cannot remove any of them. I have a problem with Microsoft Silverlight also that is associated with Mozzila and I can uninstall it either. I would like to uninstall Mozilla & then start with a fresh download but nothing works, even when trying to open the helper.
