Menu bar moved above the tabs. I want to change it back

Yesterday, the home icon and the bookmark icon showed on the right hand side of the screen. Now, those icons have disappeared. The bookmarks are accessible via toolbar above the tabs on the left hand side of the screen. I no longer have arrows to navigate when I'm in a website and I no longer have a way to get to my homepage. I am using a lenovo Thinkpad X100e, Windows 7.
