Why does View|Page Source fail to open, when my FF window is on a secondary display?

Ever since FF4 was released, on my Mac, I can't get View|Page Source to open a window. Or, if it opens a window, it is not visible.

My setup is as follows:

Laptop, with external monitor plugged in. Primary desktop display (with menubar and dock) becomes the external monitor. FF is displayed on the laptop (secondary) screen.

Steps to reproduce:

Invoke View|Page Source. No window appears. Window is listed under the Window menu, but if selected, nothing appears.

If I move the FF window over to the primary screen, then it works.

This problem first appeared in FF4, and still exists in FF6.0.1.
