Have been able to open firefox with no issue, now won't open at all

I bought a new desktop HP in July and downloaded Firefox. In my years of using Firefox i've never had a issue. I had to move my computer around my house recently and when I was able to put it back where it belongs I found that no shortcut or path to open firefox worked, nothing happens.
