</p>It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.

Just look to the left and click on the Extensions and if you go back to "Get Add-ons" panel later it should load.
</p><p>The "Get Add-ons" panel can sometimes load slowly in displaying stuff from <a href="http://addons.mozilla.org" rel="nofollow">addons.mozilla.org</a>, especially on first start probably due to both with people looking for extension./theme updates with the recent releases of Firefox 6.0/3.6.20, Thunderbird 6.0 and SeaMonkey 2.3.0/2.3.1 and the recent change on <a href="http://addons.mozilla.org" rel="nofollow">addons.mozilla.org</a>
