OPEN 2-3 TABS MOUSE CURSOR GOES CRAZY OPEING WINDOWS AND EVENTUALLY FREEZING, NO VIRUSES CAN BE FOUND ON COMPUTER

When I have 2+ tabs open, the mouse cursor goes crazy, usually going to back and forward windows in the tab, then jumping to the top and bottom of the screen opening windows of items on desktop, start menu etc. Eventually the mouse freezes and will not work even with Firefox closed. I have scanned for viruses with negative results using different Anti-Virus programs. This condition only starts when Firefox is Open, also tried IE 8.06 and Latest Google Chrome. Same problem when multiple tabs are open in them too. Help!
