When I try to open a new blank tab by clicking the tab icon at the far right it won't open. I'm running Windows 7 on a Dell XPS.

Chosen solution

Uninstall the Ask Toolbar. It can cause that problem.

Every time Firefox opened

This started when...

Just recently switched to Firefox from IE. As far as I can tell it's been doing this since.
