Some windows I open are semi-transparant and I can see desktop through the window.

This distorts the colors on page I am trying to look at and makes it hard to see the objects on the page and read the text. I have found this problem so far on pogo.com and on herrschners.com. If I cannot fix this problem I need to uninstall latest version of Firefox or change to a different browser because it is too hard to see the web pages.

Right click in a free space on your desktop.
Left click on Personalization.
There are four options in Windows 7 at the bottom of the screen, choose "Window Color and Appearance".
Select a border color
Uncheck: "Enable transparency"
