Is there a way to make the Bookmarks Toolbar less sensative?

I have my Bookmarks Toolbar set to Icons only. However, it is difficult to choose the bookmark I want because when I move my mouse near the Icon the bookmark icons pop up anything my cursor is near. This makes me sneak under or from the top and is just not fun! Not earthshaking, but quite irritating. Anyone know how to adjust?

Thanks!

Sounds that you ave installed an extension that has that feature.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
