I use Apple.com as my start window in Firefox. It's been behaving weirdly lately, so I deleted. I want to try again and have Apple.com be my start window, but I don't know how to do that.

Do you still see the Home Page button on the right hand side of the Navigation Toolbar?

Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"

  • If items are missing then open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
  • If a missing item is in the toolbar palette then drag it back from the Customize window on the toolbar
  • If the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the toolbar palette in the customize window to the Bookmarks Toolbar
  • If you do not see the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" or other items that are missing in the toolbar palette or on a toolbar then click the "Restore Default Set" button

Perhaps I wasn't clear. I used to have Apple.com as my start window for Firefox, so that when I opened Firefox, up came the Apple Store. On the Bookmarks Toolbar, it read "Apple - Start". I deleted it because it was not coming up in the correct manner. I now don't remember how to restore that to the toolbar. How do I make Apple Store my start window for Firefox?

You can create a bookmark by opening that page in a tab and clicking the favicon on the location bar.

If you click the now (blue) highlighted star another time then you can change the Folder location and move the bookmark to the Bookmarks Toolbar folder.
