Learn More updated their email program. Firefox 5 is not compatabile with it. I can't open my email using firefox, can you help please? They can't seem to fix the problem....thank you!

When I open your browser, select and sign into my account there, it takes me to the email page. It asks me to sign in with my address and password, which I do. I press the log in icon and the web site takes me to the log in screen again. If I retype the info and again hit the sign in icon, it will repeat the process again and again and will finally tell me that my info is not correct. If I sign in using IE-8, I have no problem. My wife has trouble turning on the computer, let along deciding which home page to use to get email. I wish to make it as simple as I can so that she does not get hostile towards me. After all, I am the one who bought the computer, so it is my fault. I really did like Netscape 7.2, and so did she, but progress and whatever lead to the loss of that wonderful program. Again, please see if you can contact the Windstream folks and find out how to correct the problem.. Thanks for your time.
