firefox won,t keep my homepage that I set, always goes back to searchcue.com, mine is google/ig

Posted

In "my computer" I have "google/ig" set as my default home page for ALL internet connections. Yet everytime I close and re-start firefox, it takes me to searchque.com and I have to go to options and reset my homepage everytime. This is very frustrating and frankly I'm getting tired of it!

Hi, My name is John, and I'm a member of the Searchqu Support Team. I'm here to help :) When the software was installed onto your pc it offered two basic installs, typical installation, which lists the add-on features such as searchqu homepage, and custom installation, which allows you to select the add-ons that you wish to install. There's no need to worry if you did the typical install - this isn't a virus, nor malware, and there's no need to Perform a virus scan against it. in order to change searchqu as your homepage please follow the instructions on the following link: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/How%20to%20set%20the%20home%20page

we are here to assist with any further question :)
