How to display text next to icons on toolbars

I would like to display the text on under button next to its icon, rather than under it. I've got the Web Developer toolbar, which does this by default, but when I add buttons to this toolbar, the text is display under the icon instead of next to it. Same goes for other toolbars, and happens with every button.

Is there an option or extension so set this on a per-button basis?
