always to setup a firebug for Java script?

Every time I open fire fox, a pop up of must install set up a firebug for Java script ? and must click the button 'OK' at that pop up interface. must wait 2 or 3 minutes to go, so whenever I want to open another page/window, the firebug of Java always pop up.
