I need to know how to download a video after right clicking and save as '' but there is no save as feature when i right click.

I want to be able to right click on a link and save the file as something on my hard drive but if i right click, all it offers is : Open Link in New Tab, Open Link in New Window, Bookmark this Link, Save Link As, Send Link, and Copy Link Location. If i select Save Link As, it just saves the URL address in my hard drive for the download i want.
