The link that stand next to the search box "Outils linguistiques" on the google home page (french) www.google.fr has disappeared... Annoying as it still visible in other navigators?

You can find it in the drop down menu of the Tools (gear) icon at the right side on top.
This may be one of Google's experiments if you do not see it in other browsers (we recently had the black menu bar). The international Google site (www.google.com) has the same change for me.
